The <br /> Letter stated my concerns that the methodology described in the Workplan, while desirable from a <br /> technical standpoint, are necessary and cost effective as proposed. I recommended submittal of the <br /> proposed costs and activities to the appropriate State Water Resources Control Board Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Commingled Plume Account (CP Account) staff for preapproval. The <br /> Request fulfills the recommendation of the Letter. Although I continue to have concerns that some of <br /> the activities proposed in the Workplan may be excessive, I will not stop the proposed work.
