For the first quarter of 2007 Chevron subcontracted <br /> Gettler-Ryan, Inc. (GR) to perform the groundwater monitoring and sampling and to submit the <br /> subsequent report to ENSR. ENSR received the groundwater monitoring report from GR on April 12, 2007. <br /> In order to review GR's groundwater monitoring report and incorporate essential data into the remainder of <br /> the quarterly progress report for the remediation activities, ENSR respectfully requested an extension for <br /> the submittal of the quarterly progress report. <br /> On April 16, 2007, in a voice-mail message to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB), ENSR requested an extension until May 1, 2007 for the submittal of the quarterly progress <br /> report.
