ENSR submitted a
workplan dated June 14, 2003 to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board,
Central Valley Region (RWQCB) that included restarting the SVE system.
ENSR requests that the permit be reinstated and extended for a period of one year. ENSR
intends to operate the system as it currently exists, utilizing a Baker Furnace model SX-400
thermal oxidizer and Allied Signal catalytic oxidizer to treat off-gas vapors. The permit is
currently in Unocal's name, but all future correspondence—including copies of any billing—
should be addressed to the following:
Mr. Robert L'Heureux
ENSR International
10411 Old Placerville Road, Suite 210
Sacramento, CA 95827-2508
J:IProjects10694015098-2931FinaRCorrespondence15098 071304 Ltr to SJVAPCD.doc
35 Years of Excellence in Environmental Services
