ENSR submitted a <br /> workplan dated June 14, 2003 to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region (RWQCB) that included restarting the SVE system. <br /> ENSR requests that the permit be reinstated and extended for a period of one year. ENSR <br /> intends to operate the system as it currently exists, utilizing a Baker Furnace model SX-400 <br /> thermal oxidizer and Allied Signal catalytic oxidizer to treat off-gas vapors.
