At the end of August 2001, the <br /> following is proposed: <br /> • Shut-down air compressor and gauge ground water monitoring wells on the next day; <br /> • Obtain three non-purge ground water samples from wells MW-2, MW-4, and VES-3; <br /> • Restart air compressor and take static field readings from all vapor extraction wells; <br /> • Close air sparging wells which does not cause elevated VOCs readings in adjacent vapor <br /> extraction wells; and <br /> • If any wells exhibit VOCs readings in excess of 100 ppmv, restart the thermal oxidizer.
