Once those permits have been secured, a schedule with anticipated <br /> dates for field work and reports will be submitted to the CVWB. In the interim, ENSR anticipates the <br /> following time frame: <br /> ' Week of January 14. 2008 <br /> • Submit to the CVWB the Addendum to Work Plan for Air Sparging/Soil Vapor Extraction Well <br /> ' Installation <br /> Week of February 4. 2008 <br /> ' • Receive CVWB acceptance to the Addendum to Work Plan for Air Sparging/Soil Vapor Extraction <br /> Well Installation <br /> • Submit permit application to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)for <br /> ' the installation of air sparge and soil vapor extraction wells <br /> • Submit permit application(s)to building and planning departments <br /> Within 30 days of receipt of SJCEHD permits <br /> • Install air sparge and soil vapor extraction wells <br /> Within 14 days of receipt of building and planning department permits <br /> ' • Commence field activities—decommissioning of existing systems, trenching, and piping <br /> July 2008 (contingent on receipt of building and planning department permits within 10 weeks of <br /> application submittal) <br /> • Initial start-up and testing of AS/SVE system <br /> ENSR proposes to commence field activities immediately upon receipt of appropriate permits for the <br /> ' project, which may result in an earlier time frame than the one presented. ENSR will notify the CVWB of <br /> schedule changes, including delays beyond ENSR's control (local agency review time, drilling company <br /> availability, weather-related down time). <br /> ' Comment No. 5 <br /> ' Add Regional Board staff to the list of recipients for the well installation activities report. Appendix B, <br /> Section 4.0 Schedule currently lists only the California Department of Water Resources and the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) as recipients of that report.
