M. Hartzell 0 Project No. 1232
October 18, 2000
3.0 TEST BORING APPROVALS/PERMITS
Based on discussions with San Joaquin County staff(Mike Infurna), the only formal permit
required for this work is a boring/well permit from San Joaquin County. We are currently
working with Delta College to complete and submit the permit application, and we anticipate
that the permit application for the test boring will be submitted during the week of October 23,
2000. A copy of the permit application submitted to San Joaquin County will be forwarded to
the RWQCB.
Upon receipt of RWQCB approval and issuance of the boring permit from San Joaquin County,
the test boring will be drilled and sample. EAI will provide the RWQCB and San Joaquin
County at least 72-hour prior notice so that their staffs can be on-site to observe this work, if so
desired.
Your assistance on this project has been greatly appreciated. Please call me at 714/632-8521,
ext. 226 or Steven Bright at ext. 224 if you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,
ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT, INC.
Brent H.
