I hope this email reaches you this time. <br /> Our firm is currently working on the Stagg High School Kitchen Renovation project. Michelle Spragg, Facilities Planner of <br /> Stockton Unified School District mentioned that you visited the facility a month or so ago and that you are aware of the <br /> school district's intent to renovate the kitchen. <br /> We just finished the Design Development Phase and is now starting the Construction Documents. We have a 70% DSA <br /> Prelim Submittal on May 18, 2018 and the 100%CD package will be submitted to DSA on July 2, 2018. <br /> Queries: <br /> 1. How long is the review process when submitting to San Joaquin Environmental Health Department? <br /> 2. Are there certain elements that you're specifically looking for in this submittal?We need to plug in your <br /> department's review process so we can make sure that our project gets approved by your department prior to <br /> our DSA Final Submittal. <br /> 3. Is the San Joaquin County Plan Check Guide for Retail Food Facilities applicable to serve as guidelines for this <br /> Kitchen project? (file attached) <br /> 4. Is the Application Form in the Plan Check Guide the correct application form to fill out or is there a different <br /> form? <br /> 5. Can you please send me the appropriate Application Form if not the one included in the Plan Check Guide? <br /> 6. Are there guidelines or checklist that the Environmental Health Department uses that you can send me if the <br /> Plan Check Guide for Retail Facilities is not applicable for this project? <br /> 7. Is the fee for this review$466?
