ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND WEAPONS <br /> No contractor employees shall report to work, be under.the influence, : <br /> posses, or use alcohol, illegal drugs, over the counter drugs that may cause <br /> drowsiness or prescription drugs that may cause drowsiness. <br /> No weapons are allowed on The Wine Group's facilities. <br /> INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Prior to starting any work, Certificates of insurance for both Worker's <br /> Compensation and General Liability will be required to be submitted to our <br /> office. In addition, The Wine Group.will be named an additional named <br /> insured on your General Liability Policy for work being performed.
