The vicinity of the site consists of agricultural land and rural residences. The assumption was made that each building/cluster of buildings has one septic system. Using this method, we determined there are approximately 39 septic systems within 0.25 miles of the site. 1.3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website for the adjoining property septic permits.The following table is a summary of septic permits available for the adjacent and nearby properties: Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 5
