He had a 30 gallon/4.5 Kw water heater unit installed.When I arrived at 11:30 new water was installed, <br /> but hot water was not available. Owner told me that he had just turned up gauge and to come back later. Currently at 1:30 pm <br /> there is still no hot water.A 2nd Re-inspection is required. <br /> Other violations written 02/28/20 were corrected.
