DA11 Note has been added to door schedule to shoe the minimum 32" requirement along with the <br /> 90° swing requirement. <br /> DA12 Threshold detail was added to sheet A-3. <br /> DA13 Approach clearance requirements were added to sheet A-3. <br /> DA14 Approach clearance requirements were added to sheet A-3. <br /> DA15 Approach clearance requirements were added to sheet A-3. <br /> DA16 Owner has elected to purchase a ground level ball pit to comply with 11 B-240.2.1. It is also <br /> important to note that owners insurance, and customer waiver policy require all children to be <br /> supervised at all times. This means all children, regardless of their ability, would require <br /> assistance into the ball pit. Adults, disabled or otherwise, are not allowed into ball pit. We are <br /> requesting that these be taken into consideration to give an alternate means of compliance as <br /> CBC does not clearly define "Ball Pit". <br /> EN1 Lighting schedule has been added. Compliance forms have been added. Please note owner <br /> also elected to change-out existing fixtures to improve overall energy efficiency. Plans show <br /> owner desired changes. <br /> M1 Exhaust fans exceed minimum ventilation requirement. Fan schedule added for clarity. <br /> P1 Plans amended to show occupant load. Lateral support/ connection detail will be corner support <br /> detail 3/S-1. Please note that owner has requested to use 2x6 framing for pony wall. This will <br /> be changed and reflected in current set of submission drawings. <br /> Please note ceiling framing in office and prep-area was eliminated as a value engineering <br /> measure by owner.
