If a portion of this proposal does not meet
the needs of OMIlThames Water Stockton or if those needs have changed, Kleinfelder
will consider appropriate modifications, subject to the standards of care to which we
adhere as professionals. Because the boring is being advanced to evaluate the groundwater
conditions, we anticipate that submittal of the workplan to EHD will be necessary in
accordance with the EHD Unit IV requirements. A copy of this workplan will be
submitted with the EHD permit application for review along with the required fees. The
permit must be approved by EHD prior to drilling activities and sampling.
Kleinfelder will contact Underground Service Alert and the boring locations will be
marked in white paint at least 48 hours prior to conducting fieldwork, to notify local
utilities of our proposed subsurface assessment.
02002PROP.ENV/ST07P083R Page 1 of 6
©2007 Kleinfelder May 17, 2007
