The Discharger shall comply with MRP No. R5-2002-0083,which is part of this Order, and any <br /> revisions thereto as ordered by the Executive Officer." <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program No. (MRP)No. R5-2002-0083 requires the Discharger to <br /> continuously monitor influent pH and visually observe the river conditions between R2 and R3 (with <br /> results summarized and reported monthly).
