CAS083470 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Pursuant to the City of Stockton's municipal storm sewer NPDES permit, Regional Board staff is <br /> making the City's Storm Water Management Plan(SWMP) available for a 30-day public review. Any <br /> comments or recommendations you may have concerning the SWMP must be submitted to this office in <br /> writing in paper or electronic format by 2 August 2004. After considering and responding to any <br /> comments received, staff will schedule approval of the SWMP by the Regional Board during an <br /> upcoming hearing. Regional Board consideration of the City's SWMP is tentatively scheduled for the 9 <br /> and 10 September 2004 hearing. <br /> In order to conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, staff is making the SWMP available via the <br /> Regional Board's web site (http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/rwgcb5/public—notices).
