In response to the circulation, the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County <br /> and DeltaKeeper submitted comments. Enclosed are the Regional Board's "Response to Comments." <br /> These "Response to Comments" are part of the agenda material presented to the Regional Board in <br /> support of the renewal of the City of Stockton and County of San Joaquin's MS4 permit.
