In the Matter of the Petition of Humboldt Watershed Council,Jesse Noel, and Ken Miller to Require <br /> Reports of Waste Discharge and to Issue Waste Discharge Requirements for All Logging Conducted by <br /> Pacific Lumber Company in the Freshwater Creek, Elk River,and Three Other Drainages. SWRCB/OCC <br /> File A-1479. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order requiring the North Coast Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board to take actions to protect water quality from adverse effects from timber harvest <br /> operations and to require reports of waste discharge and issuance of waste discharge requirements pursuant to <br /> applicable provisions of the Basin Plan.) <br /> WATER RIGHTS <br /> 12. Progress Report by Parties to the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing, Phase 8, Negotiations Regarding <br /> Plans to Implement the Flow-Dependent Objectives Contained in the 1995 Bay-Delta Water Quality Control <br /> Plan. (Informational Item) <br /> 13. Consideration of an Order Postponing Dismissal of Phase 8 of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing. <br /> (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order.) <br /> 14. Consideration of a Proposed Order Prepared After a Hearing on Petitions for Change and Extension of <br /> Time Filed by Oroville-Wyandotte Irrigation District and Yuba County Water District on Permits 1267, 1268, <br /> 1271,2492, 11516 and 11518 (Applications 1651, 2142, 2979, 2778, 13957 and 14113). The Permits <br /> Authorize Diversion from Lost Creek, Sly Creek, South Fork Feather River and Slate Creek in Butte and <br /> Yuba Counties.
