In the Matter of the Petition of Humboldt Watershed Council,Jesse Noel, and Ken Miller to Require Reports of Waste Discharge and to Issue Waste Discharge Requirements for All Logging Conducted by Pacific Lumber Company in the Freshwater Creek, Elk River,and Three Other Drainages. SWRCB/OCC File A-1479. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order requiring the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board to take actions to protect water quality from adverse effects from timber harvest operations and to require reports of waste discharge and issuance of waste discharge requirements pursuant to applicable provisions of the Basin Plan.) WATER RIGHTS 12. Progress Report by Parties to the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing, Phase 8, Negotiations Regarding Plans to Implement the Flow-Dependent Objectives Contained in the 1995 Bay-Delta Water Quality Control Plan. (Informational Item) 13. Consideration of an Order Postponing Dismissal of Phase 8 of the Bay-Delta Water Rights Hearing. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order.) 14. Consideration of a Proposed Order Prepared After a Hearing on Petitions for Change and Extension of Time Filed by Oroville-Wyandotte Irrigation District and Yuba County Water District on Permits 1267, 1268, 1271,2492, 11516 and 11518 (Applications 1651, 2142, 2979, 2778, 13957 and 14113). The Permits Authorize Diversion from Lost Creek, Sly Creek, South Fork Feather River and Slate Creek in Butte and Yuba Counties. (The Board will consider whether to adopt the proposed order.) --over--
