Hwy 99,Stockton, CA <br /> Margaret; <br /> The subject site is occupied by San Joaquin'County Auctioneers. I am conducting <br /> a Phase II ESA of the subject site, and need to drill two Geo-Probe borings about <br /> 25 feet. I do not expect to hit groundwater at that depth. Some years ago, the <br /> site was investigated for a release of solvents and metals to the septic sewage <br /> system. The remedial investigation was completed and the site was closed, but a <br /> prospective purchaser would like to have new soil samples collected to confirm <br /> the residual contaminant concentrations. Two Geo-Probe borings will be <br /> installed through the leach field. I have picked RSI as the drilling contractor. <br /> The attached Work Plan, and permit form are to cover the installation of the soil <br /> borings. I have also attached a check for $374. <br /> Please have one of your staff review these items and issue a permit to drill. I <br /> would also like to request that Harlin Knoll assigned to this case.
