The <br /> Draft RAW dated August 24, 2010 was subject to a 30-day public comment period <br /> that ran from September 22, 2010, through October 22, 2010. No comments have <br /> been received; therefore the Final RAW is approved. Prior to beginning <br /> implementation of the RAW the following tasks are required to be completed: <br /> 1. DTSC to complete a Notice of Determination (NOD) form with RAW <br /> approval date inserted within the Project Description with DTSC <br /> signature. <br /> 2. Update the draft Negative Declaration (ND) form by checking "Final" <br /> and date the ND. <br /> 3. Send the signed NOD and copies of the Final ND and the Initial Study <br /> (IS) to DTSC California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Unit for <br /> filing with the State Clearinghouse. <br /> 4. DTSC Project Manager receives confirmation from the DTSC CEQA <br /> Unit of the date it's filed the NOD/ND/IS package, at this point site <br /> activities can begin. <br /> ® Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
