Highway 99 in Manteca, San
Joaquin County. On 24 July 2018, the Discharger submitted a request to revise the Monitoring
and Reporting Program (MRP) to include an additional irrigation well into the monitoring plan.
Based on the letter, we understand that adding this irrigation well will allow for increased
irrigation flexibility in all land application areas (LAAs), especially those that are not connected
to the existing drip irrigation system.
Your request has been addressed in the revised MRP. In addition, some sampling and
monitoring frequencies have been reduced. The revised MRP is effective immediately.
Now that the MRP has been revised, the Board's Compliance and Enforcement Section will take
over management of your case. Brendan Kenny is your point of contact for any questions about
the Order and all monitoring and technical reports should be submitted to him. The enclosed
transmittal sheet shall be included with each monitoring report. If you find it necessary to make
a change to your permitted operations, Brendan will direct you to the appropriate Permitting
staff. You may contact Brendan at (916) 464-4635 or bkennyna.waterboards.ca.gov.
SCO ARMSTRONG, Pi, PHG
Senior Engineering Geologist
Waste Discharge to Land Permitting Unit
Enclosure: Monitoring and Reporting Program R5-2013-0028-01
Monitoring Report Submittal Transmittal Form
cc w/o enc: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stockton
KARL E.LONGLEY ScD,P.E.,CHAIR I PATRICK PULUPA,Es4.,EXECUTIVE OFFICER
11020 Sun Center Drive#200,Rancho Cordova,CA 95670 1 www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley
