Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish appropriate sampling <br /> schedules and reporting protocols. The required monitoring report submittal dates are in the <br /> table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Report Due Date <br /> 1" day of second month following the <br /> Monthly Monitoring Reports sampling (e.g. the January monthly <br /> report is due by 1 March) <br /> 1°` day of second month after the <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Reports quarter(e.g. the January through <br /> March report is due by 1 May) <br /> Annual Monitoring Reports 1 February of each year <br /> Please be advised that the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. <br /> Monitoring reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the MRP. <br /> The first monthly monitoring report is due on 1 June 2013 and is to cover activities <br /> conducted during the month of May 2013. The monitoring report for the month of April 2013 <br /> shall be prepared and submitted pursuant to WDRs Order 96-077. <br /> To conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the Order has been sent only to <br /> the Discharger.
