Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish appropriate sampling <br /> schedules and reporting protocols. The required monitoring report submittal dates are in the <br /> table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Report Due Date <br /> 1" day of second month following the <br /> Monthly Monitoring Reports sampling (e.g. the January monthly <br /> report is due by 1 March) <br /> 1°` day of second month after the <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Reports quarter(e.g. the January through <br /> March report is due by 1 May) <br /> Annual Monitoring Reports 1 February of each year <br /> Please be advised that the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. <br /> Monitoring reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the MRP. <br /> The first monthly monitoring report is due on 1 June 2013 and is to cover activities <br /> conducted during the month of May 2013. The monitoring report for the month of April 2013 <br /> shall be prepared and submitted pursuant to WDRs Order 96-077. <br /> To conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the Order has been sent only to <br /> the Discharger. Interested parties are advised that the full text of this Order is available at: <br /> http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board decisions/adopted orders/. <br /> Anyone without access to the Internet who needs a paper copy of the Order can obtain one by <br /> contacting Central Valley Water Board staff. <br /> If you have any questions regarding submitting an updated report of waste discharge, or making <br /> changes to your permitted operations, please contact Scott Armstrong of our Permitting Unit at <br /> (916) 464-4616 or sarmstrong(awaterboards.ca.gov. <br />
