Examination Requirements <br /> All PEG personnel on-site shall have successfully completed a pre-placement or periodic <br /> medical examination in accordance with established PEG policies and procedures, and <br /> consistent with the provisions of the OSHA carcinogen standards This examination shall <br /> include a complete medical and occupational history, physical examination, and selected <br /> biological sampling Laboratory studies include a complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, <br /> chemistry panel (SMAC), pulmonary function (FEV and FVC), chest X-ray, audiometry, and <br /> vision screening <br /> i <br /> 920-119 113/SSP <br />
