On June 4, 2001, SECOR personnel performed a water well search <br /> to identify the location of permitted water supply wells within a one-mile radius of <br /> the site The water well search consisted of examining the files of the California <br /> Department of Water Resources (DWR) Twelve wells were identified within a <br /> one-mile radius of the subject site The closest documented well is located <br /> approximately 635 feet west of the site DWR well search data is summarized in <br /> Table 3 A receptor map is included as Figure 3 <br /> • Neighborhood Well Survey.
