The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for JC AUTOMOTIVE as of April 01, 2020. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually.The facility section was last submitted on 11/21/2016. The inventory and plans section was submitted on 12/31/2014. Please make a submittal for 2018. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#11 -Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. Employee training records were unavailable for review. The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years.
