The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for HOGAN MFG INC as of March 30, 2020. Open violations from June 19, 2019 inspection Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map was missing emergency response equipments ( eye wash, first aid kit, spill kits, and fireextingushers), emergency shut offs ( diesel, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, electrical, water, and natural gas), and hazardous material storage areas. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".
