The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for FARMERS BLACKSMITH & WELDING as of March30, 2020. Open violations from July 15, 2019 inspection Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for oxygen and acytlene were not complete. Obsolete federal hazard categories were listed on the chemical inventory forms. Please delete the obsolete federal hazard catagories. Please list the new federal hazard categories. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is miissing all of the required elements. The site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA".
