The hazardous <br /> Certification <br /> 2 materials inventory shall be submitted by <br /> January 15 of each calendar year and may <br /> be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. Immediately log into the <br /> CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit <br /> to the EHD for approval. <br /> The emergency response procedures forms <br /> are uploaded blank. Please fill out the forms <br /> and resubmit them in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System.
