He was not aware of this complaint.The owner states he gets <br /> the meat daily and takes it to Roro's on 20 N California, Stockton, and prepares it there.The meat is transported to the site, at <br /> 2 N Wilson where he cooks it and sells it. He states that he sets up at this location for 4 hours. a day. <br /> The facility where this catering business sets up does not have a permit for a host facility. Currently there is no business <br /> licenses to 2 N Wilson, stockton. This site needs a permit as required by California Health and Safety Code 114328.1. (b) In <br /> addition to any permit required of a permanent food facility or a catering operation, a permit shall be obtained by the person <br /> responsible for operating the host facility. The owner proposed to upgrade the facility to obtain a permit for a food facility...The <br /> owner is planning to build the facility at 2 N Wilson,to obtain a permit to operate as a food facility.We informed the owner that <br /> plans would be required by this department for review prior to building and to contact the county or city building department for <br /> their requirements. <br /> The owner must comply and continue to operate per the following Health and Safety Code Sections: <br /> 114328 (b)A catering operation shall operate from a permitted food facility that is capable of supporting the proposed food <br /> service activity to be conducted, and the type of food that is to be prepared offsite or served. <br /> (f)All food, prior to offsite food service, shall be stored and prepared at the permanent food facility. <br /> 114328.1. (b) In addition to any permit required of a permanent food facility or a catering operation, a permit shall be obtained <br /> by the person responsible for operating the host facility.
