Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I was able to speak with the associate in charge at the time and explained the reason for my visitation. The <br /> employee on site stated having no knowledge of any animal entering the facility that does not contain a display sign stating the <br /> animal is a service animal. However, the associate did state homeless entering the facility to use the restroom and there is a <br /> possibility an animal may have entered with them.
