Detail clean all unsanitary surfaces by 2 weeks and <br /> continue to clean on a routine basis. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d), <br /> 114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store managers who were not aware of this complaint. He stated that they change oil weekly. <br /> Observations: There is stuck on debris on floor corners/edges at lobby. There is a sticky layer on floor edges around tall soda <br /> dispensers. In Kitchen floor sink at cafe station is full of water; beverage stations are very unsanitary; Scoop used for ice- <br /> holder had a layer of mold/residue; ice cream machine has debris thru-out it;walls not clean; several surfaces at cooks line <br /> not clean. Did not see mice traps by burners. They were on the floors.
