THIS IS THE THIRD <br /> TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. CONTACTED STORE MANAGER BUT HE DID NOTHING. (C) HAS PICTURES. PLEASE <br /> CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner is on site and is aware of the complaint. Per owner,this is the first time he has heard about the complaint. Per owner, <br /> complainant come in last week(Wednesday or Thursday)and wanted a refund for the pastries she purchased. Per owner, <br /> complainant purchased two empanandas and two orejas("ears"). Owner requested the complainant's receipt(which she <br /> stated she did not have). Owner offered a replacement, but the offer was not accepted. Owner looked at orejas returned and <br /> did not observe any mold. <br /> Per owner, at the time the complainant allegedly made the purchase,the facility did not have any orejas offered for sale. He <br /> states that per his bakery employee, they had not been made in a few days.
