Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Paper towel dispenser close to dry goods room is empty. Roll was placed on top of dispenser.Always <br /> place roll inside wall dispenser. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair. Provide a bucket for each station with either 100 ppm <br /> chlorine or 200 ppm Quat. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Remove mice droppings at the following areas: <br /> 1. Floor edges and corners in dry storage room <br /> 2. Floor area to the right end of steam table <br /> 3. Cabinet compartment underneath steam table(with small door) <br /> 4. Shelves and floors inside closet that is used for cleaning supplies <br /> 5. Closet were clothes washer and drier are stored <br /> 6. Boiler/water heater closet <br /> 7. Floors and metal "shelves"across the wall in ware house <br /> 8. Hard to reach kitchen shleves <br /> There is a very small amount of dead roaches on kitchen shelves. Remove by 2 days. <br /> Facility currently has pest control.
