The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ONE STOP MARKET* as of March 30, 2020. <br /> Open violations from April 18, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for all chemicals were not complete. Obsolete hazard categories were <br /> listed on the chemical forms. Please delete the obsolete federal hazard categories. Please add the new federal <br /> Hazard categories using updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS).This information must be current and submitted as <br /> part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually. All three sections were last submitted on 5/11/2018. Please submit the facility section, <br /> inventory section, and plans section for 2019. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
