The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for ONE STOP MARKET* as of March 30, 2020. Open violations from April 18, 2019 inspection Violation#5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for all chemicals were not complete. Obsolete hazard categories were listed on the chemical forms. Please delete the obsolete federal hazard categories. Please add the new federal Hazard categories using updated Safety Data Sheets (SDS).This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually. All three sections were last submitted on 5/11/2018. Please submit the facility section, inventory section, and plans section for 2019. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
