To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916)657-2390. Remedial <br /> Action Completion certification occurs only after PHS/EHD has determined that no further ! <br /> site investigation or remedial action is required. <br /> All work and reports which require geological or engineering evaluations must be performed under <br /> the direction of an appropriately California registered or certified professional. <br /> .
