Te asibility Testing Work Plan <br /> Jimco Truck Plaza <br /> 1022 Frontage Road <br /> Ripon, California <br /> June 23,2005 <br /> A Horiba gas analyzer, calibrated to iso-butlylene, will be used to field measure oxygen, carbon <br /> dioxide,and hydrocarbon vapor concentrations from the extraction well. A TSI thermoanemometer <br /> will be used to measure vapor extraction flow rates and temperature. Magnehelic gauges will be used <br /> to measure the vacuum applied at the wellhead and induced in the observation wells. A Solinist water <br /> level meter will be used to measure the depth of groundwater in the observation wells. A Thomas <br /> Industries vacuum pump will be used to collect soil vapor samples in one-liter Tedlar bags for <br /> laboratory analysis. <br /> 5.6 Investigation Derived Waste (IDW) <br /> Investigation derived waste(IDW)generated during the site assessment activities will be temporarily <br /> stored onsite in Department of Transportation-approved 55-gallon drums. Following review of <br /> analytical results and disposal profiling, the IDW will be transported to an appropriate facility for <br /> disposal/recycling. <br /> 6.0 REPORTING <br /> Upon completing the field activities,Cambria will prepare and submit a Feasibility Study/Corr tive <br /> Action Plan(FS/CAP)to the SJCEHD detailing the findings of the feasibility testing activities. At a <br /> minimum,this report will contain: <br /> • Summary and evaluation of the feasibility testing activities; <br /> • Tabulated test parameter data and analytical results; <br /> • Feasibility testing field data sheets; <br /> • Analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms; <br /> • Comparison of various remedial alternatives; and <br /> • Remedial approach recommendations. <br /> 7.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Upon receiving written work plan approval from the SJCEHD, Cambria will commence <br /> implementation of the work plan. Cambria will submit an FS/CAP to SJCEHD within approximately <br /> 8 weeks following the completion of field activities. <br /> 10 <br />
