Quality Genetics Farms <br /> Conditional Use Permit Application Project Description <br /> Property <br /> 15377 Airport Way Manteca,CA95336 <br /> APN: 19-805-013 <br /> Zoning: AG-40 <br /> Business Owner: Quality Genetics Farms Inc. <br /> Property Owner: Gary Owens and Linda Owens <br /> Project Overview <br /> Quality Genetics Farms(hereafter referred to as 'QGF') has proposed to provide site improvements to <br /> existing structures and property at the project site to secure a facility and accommodate commercial <br /> cannabis cultivation under multiple State Licenses from the California Department of Food and <br /> Agriculture including a Type 3B 'Mixed Light' Cultivation License,several cultivation sub-licenses, and a <br /> Type 4'Nursery License, as well as a commercial cannabis distribution operation under a Type I 1 <br /> 'Distributor license'from the State of California Bureau of Cannabis Control within the Department of <br /> Consumer Affairs. <br /> The subject site is located at the above address within the unincorporated area of San Joaquin County <br /> within a General Agriculture Zone. <br /> Number of Employees:4(Min/Shift)- 15(Maximuni/Shift)[Combined Activities] <br /> Product Transport/Deliveries:QGF anticipates product transports 1-2 times per week. All transfers of <br /> product from the facility to any off-site location shall originate within the secure Value Transfer Area <br /> within the facility distribution structure. Further,upon arrival of a delivery of product to the Distribution <br /> premises,following admittance to the interior of the site perimeter,the transport vehicle will be escorted <br /> into the Secure Value Transfer Area once the facility gate is closed and locked. The physical transfer of <br /> product shall always take place within the facility structure and out of public view. <br /> Vendors/Customers: QGF will allow limited admittance of vendors, service providers,and buyers on <br /> site,including Lab Testing facilities who will contracted to take product samples for compliance with <br /> quality control regulations,and third-party distributors picking up finished product from the Distribution <br /> Premises. Such transactions shall take place no more than three times per week,by appointment only. <br /> During an extraction of a lab testing sample,the lab testing contractor will typically dispatch 1-2 <br /> technicians to the facility-. <br /> Hours of Operation:The hours of operation at the facility shall be from 4:30 am to 6:00 pm. <br /> Locution of Activities: Distribution Activities will take place wholly within Building 1 . Cultivation <br /> activities will take place in separate premises within Buildings 1-4. <br /> Phase 1: Building 1 & Building 2 Improvements can be completed with operational facilities within <br /> (12)months of final approval by San Joaquin County [Anticipated <br /> for August 2020] <br />
