Power Source <br /> PG&E shall be the utility provider for our source of power. Each Building shall be equipped with 600- <br /> AMP,3-Phase Power Distribution. <br /> Odor Control <br /> Air Ventilation, Filtration and Odor Control <br /> Odor Control: QGF shall implement odor control measures including the utilization of Heating/Cooling <br /> and Dehumidification systems with integrated industrial carbon filters to ensure that the odor of cannabis <br /> is not detectable outside of the facility structures. <br /> Heaters <br /> The Vegetation Premises within Building I will be equipped with six(2)200,000 BTU unit heaters,with <br /> (1)heater located at the end of each Module. These units are all high efficiency and natural gas-fired, <br /> complete with hangars,electric pilots and power exhauster fans. <br /> Building(s)2-4 will each be equipped with six(6)200,000 BTU heaters,with(1)heater located at one <br /> end of each Module. <br /> Cooling <br /> The Nursery (Veg)Premises will be equipped with a six-inch evaporative pad system. The system would <br /> be four feet tall and 84 ft. long running the length of each cultivation module. Each Module will also be <br /> equipped with six(6) 16-inch 4,515CFM fans to circulate air throughout the Greenhouse interior as well <br /> as several exhaust fans. <br /> Building(s)2-4 will also be equipped with a six-inch evaporative pad system. The system would be four <br /> feet tall, and would run a length of 84'feet across each Module. Each cultivation module will each be <br /> equipped with six(6) 16-inch 4,515CFM fans to circulate air throughout the Greenhouse interior as well <br /> as several exhaust fans. <br /> Each evaporative pad system will be complete with framing,flashing,pump,reservoir, as well as <br /> distribution and collection equipment to be placed along the end-walls within the structures. <br /> Water Use <br /> Ground will be pumped from the well located on premises into water irrigation tanks located at several <br /> points adjacent to the Greenhouse structures. Plant nutrients will be mixed into the tanks manually by <br /> cultivation technicians at appropriate times according to the watering and nutrient delivery regimen for <br /> each crop. <br /> Water discharge from cultivation operations will be contained in tanks or tubs in each greenhouse. A <br /> third-party water hauling company will be contracted to regularly collect and remove this water on a <br /> regular basis.
