Distribution Manager will be responsible for monitoring the destruction and disposal of waste,and <br /> entering information into the State's Track and Trace as necessary. QGF shall maintain comprehensive <br /> records regarding cannabis waste that accounts for,reconciles,and evidences all activity related to the <br /> generation or disposition of cannabis waste. Upon destruction or disposal of cannabis goods,QGF shall <br /> also enter in the track and trace system the name of the employee performing the destruction or disposal, <br /> the reason for destruction or disposal,as well as the entity being used to collect and process the cannabis <br /> waste. <br /> Cannabis Harvest and Processing <br /> There are four(4)stages involved in the processing phase including 1)Harvest 2) Trimming 3) <br /> Packaging and 4)Labeling. <br /> Cannabis Drying/Curing Room (Distribution Premises) <br /> Harvest Once the plants have flowered and are ready for harvest,cultivation technicians will remove the <br /> larger`Sun Leaves' and extraneous organic material from the flowered plant stalks,leaving the flowers, <br /> and will transfer them into the Distribution premises where they will hang on drying racks within the <br /> Cannabis Drying/Curing Room. The harvested flower stalks will hang to cure for a period of five(5)to <br /> eight(8)days prior to the Trimming Stage <br /> Cannabis Processing/Packaging Room (Distribution Premises) <br /> All cannabis trimming,packaging,and labeling will take place exclusively within this area of the facility. <br /> Trimming <br /> Once harvested cannabis flowers have dried and cured on the stalk,they will be transferred from the <br /> Drying/Curing room to the Processing/Packaging Room where cultivation technicians will clip them from <br /> their stalks, and hand trim them to remove the finer leaves. This process will take two(2)to three(3)days <br /> following each Module/Batch being harvested and dried/cured. <br /> Packaging <br /> Once fully trimmed,the cannabis flowers from each plant will be packaged in `batches'. Flower from <br /> each batch will be placed into nitrogen-sealed plastic packages which a unique identifier corresponding to <br /> the batch will be applied. <br /> During trimming and packaging,the Operations Manager will monitor the cultivation technicians,advise <br /> them as to best practices, and maintain information the State's Track and Trace system as necessary <br /> during each shift. <br /> Labeling <br /> QGF shall ensure that a label is physically attached to each batch and package of cannabis stored on <br /> premises. The batch and package labels shall include the following: <br /> I. The QGF name acid license number; <br /> 2. The date of entry into the Safe Room; <br /> 3. The unique identifiers and batch number associated with the batch; <br /> 4. A description of the cannabis goods with enough detail to easily identify the batch; <br /> 5. The weight of or quantity of units in the batch;and <br /> Quality Genetics Farms 7 <br />
