The vehicle parks for more <br /> than an hour. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke with the owner of the Tacos Nayrit lic# 8D38768. He informed me he parks there for one hour to 2 hours. <br /> There are no restrooms within 200 feet. Informed the owner of this vehicle that they can only park there for one hour. <br /> See the California Health and Safety Code Section 114315. <br /> (a)A food facility shall be operated within 200 feet travel distance of an approved and readily <br /> available toilet and handwashing facility, or as otherwise approved by the enforcement agency, to <br /> ensure that restroom facilities are available to facility employees whenever the mobile food facility <br /> is stopped to conduct business for more than a one-hour period. <br /> The owner is responsible for complying with this law. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
