Failure to correct the violations within the time specified <br /> will result in citations for continuing/additional violations by <br /> the Department. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Title 22 , California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Sections <br /> 66471, 66508 (c) and 67241: <br /> a. The hazardous classification determinations have <br /> not been made for the drum contents of the six (6) <br /> drums labeled unknown solid or liquid. <br /> b. The six (6) labels on 55 gallon drums did not <br /> describe the composition of the wastes nor the <br /> hazardous properties of the wastes. <br /> C. A drum that was labeled unknown solid had a <br /> separated top and the caps were removed. The drum <br /> is required to be better managed. <br /> 2 . Title 22 , CCR, Section 66508 (c) : <br /> Seventeen (17) boxes of asbestos wastes were unlabeled. <br />
