Report of Violations <br /> Sharpe Site West <br /> Page 3 <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> 1. Violation #1 (a) shall be corrected within sixty (60) <br /> days upon receipt of this letter by determining the drum <br /> contents and determining their hazardous classifications <br /> and properties. <br /> Violation #1 (b) shall be corrected within sixty (60) <br /> days upon receipt of this letter by declaring the drum <br /> contents on their labels. <br /> Violation #1 (c) shall be corrected immediately. For <br /> container in poor condition, either transfer the <br /> hazardous waste to a good container or overpack the poor <br /> container. <br /> 2 . Violation #2 shall be corrected immediately by affixing <br /> appropriate labels to the boxes of waste asbestos. <br /> 3 . Violation #3 shall be corrected immediately by affixing <br /> appropriate label to the drum of pesticide waste. <br /> 4 . Violation #4 shall be corrected immediately by removing <br /> the spilled oily liquid. <br /> 5. Violation #5 shall be corrected immediately by closing <br /> the containers except when adding or removing waste. <br /> 6. Violation #6 shall be corrected immediately by replacing <br /> missing caps on all batteries or by placing the damaged <br /> batteries in a secondary container as described in <br /> section 66822 (b) . Also, within sixty (60) days you must <br /> submit modifications to your facility permit to include <br /> the battery storage and handling activities or you will <br /> be required to close this part of your facility. If you <br /> choose to modify the facility permit, the following <br /> information must be included in the Part B Application: <br /> a) location of the unit <br /> b) operational procedures <br /> c) associated equipment <br /> d) personnel training <br />
