Effective within ten (10) days on receipt of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall close the containers except when adding <br /> or removing waste. <br /> 3 . 1. 6 . Effective within ten (10) days on receipt of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall: <br /> a) Cease removing the electrolytes from the <br /> batteries. <br /> b) Replace missing caps on all batteries or place <br /> the damaged batteries in a secondary container as described in <br /> section 66822 (b) . <br /> c) Within sixty (60) days Respondent must submit <br /> modifications to the facility permit to include the battery <br /> storage and handling activities, or Respondent must submit a <br /> Closure Plan and will be required to close this part of the <br /> facility. <br /> 3 . 1. 7 . Effective within ten (10) days on receipt of this <br /> Order, Respondent shall : <br /> a. Complete and retain for five years the <br /> appropriate notifications or certifications for the manifests for <br /> the state and federal restricted wastes. <br /> 5 . <br />
