Sharpe's Automated Groundwater <br /> Level Monitoring System is in operation. Wells with inoperative equipment or <br /> without equipment are measured manually. June 10, 1992 - Mr. Mark Ethridge, Earth Technology Corporation, <br /> Arlington, VA, requested information on DDRW Sharpe and Tracy Facilities' <br /> Defense Restoration Program for incorporation into the Annual Report to <br /> Congress. <br /> b. June 9, 1992 - Ms. Diane Jackson, U.S. Public Health Services, Agency <br /> for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, Atlanta, GA, requested copy of <br /> Final Proposed Plan and Transcript of Public Meeting. Also requested were <br /> copies of primary documents such as RI, FS, ROD, etc. <br /> c. May 27, 1992 - Dr. Cheryl Mitchell , California Natural Products, <br /> Lathrop, CA, requested information of groundwater flow and groundwater <br /> contaminant plumes. Information on direction and location was given <br /> telephonically and via letter. She was also invited to view maps and reports <br /> at Sharpe. <br /> 4.
