The sampling activities, sample size, sample locations, frequency of <br /> testing, acceptance and rejection criteria, and plans for implementing correc- <br /> tive measures during construction. <br /> e. Description of the reporting requirements for quality assurance ac- <br /> tivities including such items as daily summary reports, schedule of data sub- <br /> missions, inspection data sheets, problem identification and corrective <br /> measures reports, evaluation reports, acceptance reports, final documentation. <br /> Also describe the provisions for the final storage of all records consistent <br /> with the requirements of the Federal Facility Agreement. The AE shall submit <br /> versions of this document in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.0 <br /> and the schedule provided in Section 5.0 of this SOW. <br /> 3.5.6 (Task 8)-Field Sampling Plan The AE shall prepare and submit a <br /> Field Sampling Plan (FSP) which defines in detail the sampling and data <br /> gathering methods to be used during construction and during operation of the <br /> remedial action. The plan shall specify sampling, locations, equipment, tech- <br /> niques, decontamination procedures, sample handling preservation and analyti- <br /> cal requirements, sampling frequency, analytical quality assurance/quality <br /> control (QA/QC) requirements, techniques, procedures and method correction by <br /> application of duplicates, method blanks, spikes, etc. The plan shall meet <br /> the requirements of Section 8.0 of this SOW. The plan shall employ applicable <br /> portions of previously developed sampling and analysis plans (Ref. 10. 12) to <br /> as great an extent as possible. The AE shall submit versions of this document <br /> in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.0 and the schedule provided <br /> in Section 5.0 of this SOW. <br /> 3.5.7 (Task 91 Ground Water Monitoring Plan The AE shall prepare a <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Plan (GWMP) which addresses the site specific <br /> groundwater monitoring for the central area necessary at the site prior to, <br /> during and after implementation of remedial activities. The AE shall submit <br /> versions of this document in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.0 <br /> and the schedule provided in Section 5.0 of this SOW. <br /> 3.6 (Task 10)-Health and Safety Plan The AE shall prepare a Health <br /> and Safety Plan (HSP) which addresses the site specific health and safety con- <br /> siderations, protective measures, and safety features of the system to be in- <br /> stituted and for the tasks/operations to be undertaken during remedial <br /> construction/operation activities at the site. The HSP shall address the ele- <br /> ments described in Section 6.0 of this SOW and shall provide the decision- <br /> AA-6 <br />
