MONITORING AND REPORTING - 5 - May 21, 1992 <br /> PROGRAM <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Water Level ft msl C <br /> Injection Wells <br /> During the injection of treated ground water into the injection well, the following monitoring <br /> program shall be conducted at each injection well: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Total Volume of <br /> Water Injected gallons B <br /> Injection Rate at Time <br /> of Monitoring gpm B <br /> Pressure at Time <br /> of Monitoring psig B <br /> Water Level ft msl C <br /> Monitoring Wells <br /> The following shall be monitored in all offsite and onsite monitoring wells: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituent Units Frequency <br /> Water Level It msl A <br /> FULL SCALE OPERATIONAL (FSO) PHASE MONITORING <br /> The objective of this phase is to operate the ground water treatment system in the most optimal <br /> manner and to comply with waste discharge requirements' effluent limitations. The following <br /> sampling frequency schedules will be used for the various monitoring locations: <br /> Treatment System <br /> During the fust 3 months of the FSO the following analyses shall be conducted at points A and C <br /> of the GWTS. After the third month, analyses need only be conducted at point C. <br /> Volatile Organics µg/1 E <br /> (Method 601 influent <br /> and 502.1 effluent) <br />
