2. Southern Pacific (SP) Transport Company: MW #521 , 517 , 514 , 507 , <br /> 508, EW #NA-6 <br /> Right-of-entry lease is due to expire. Sacramento District Corps of <br /> Engineers is negotiating a new lease. <br /> 3. Lyon Communities (Country Squire) : MW #506, 518, 509, 503, 504, 523, <br /> and 524 <br /> Right-of-entry agreement in place. There is a need to shut down <br /> agricultural wells 6 and 7 on Lyon Communities property. <br /> 4. BMG Enterprise (MOOTEC) : MW #510, 512, 525 <br /> Right-of-entry has been negotiated by the COE. Agricultural well 9 <br /> no longer operational . <br /> 5. Extraction Well Sites and Additional Monitorinq Wells: <br /> Leases for the extraction well sites for central area treatment <br /> system will require negotiation. They will be located on Lyon Communities' <br /> property, Southern Pacific property, and BMG Enterprises' property. <br /> Additional monitoring wells may also be necessary. This determination will <br /> be made during design phase. Plume definition will be fine tuned at this <br /> point in time also. <br /> F. STATUS OF ANY OTHER SHARPE ACTIVITIES PROPOSED OR UNDERWAY THAT MAY <br /> IMPACT ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED IN FEDERAL FACILITY AGREEMENT (FFA) . <br /> Presently there are no other Sharpe activities proposed or underway that may <br /> impact activities described in FFA. See Section 2, Planned Activities. <br /> G. ANTICIPATED DELAYS IN MEETING TIME SCHEDULES. This section is not a <br /> substitute for the requirement of Federal FaciTity Agreement Section 28, <br /> Extensions. <br /> Presently there is not a requirement to request extensions to deadlines based <br /> on Consultation Section 12.
