This permit authorizes the storage of <br /> hazardous waste generated on-site subject to the terms and <br /> conditions set forth in the permit. The facility must be operated <br /> in compliance with this permit. This permit is issued in <br /> accordance with Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR) Part <br /> 124 . 15, and the Changes to the Draft Permit document is being <br /> issued pursuant to 40 CFR 124 . 17 . <br /> Please be advised that within thirty (30) days after a final <br /> RCRA permit decision has been issued under 40 CFR 124 . 15, any <br /> person may petition the EPA Administrator to review any condition <br /> of the final permit decision pursuant to and within the limits of <br /> 40 CFR 124 . 19 .
