I have included the following documents for your review: <br /> • Email communication between Mr. Ruvalcaba and Mr. Yang <br /> (previous Hazmat Specialist at CHCF) <br /> • CHCF Service Request, showing the SPCC Plan has been reviewed, <br /> approved and certified by a registered professional engineer. <br /> • A copy of CHCF's current SPCC Plan <br /> • Response to the Outstanding Violations <br />
