The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PADILLAS AUTO REPAIR as of March 31, 2020. <br /> Open violations from October 03, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation#7-Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures are not complete. Section G is missing the locations of the items checked <br /> marked. Pleas add the locations to the items that have been check marked. <br /> A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of <br /> hazardous materials, including, but not limited to,the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#9-Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete,accurate,and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The last submittal made was 1/5/2016. Please make a submittal for 2018. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
