Leaves meat on the ground in <br /> buckets in the sun. Mixes old meat with new meat and cooks it. Chicken doesnt seem cooked all <br /> the way. <br /> OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br /> -Did not see any buckets of meat in the sun. All meat was stored in the cooler or on ice <br /> -The hand sink is blocked with items <br /> -No cooked chicken at this time.
