A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA". <br /> This was corrected on site during the inspection. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 16 HSC 25507.1 Failed to submit emergency response plan when not meeting Ag handler exemption requirements. <br /> This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response procedures in <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). To meet this exemption, a farming business shall: <br /> -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> -mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil, or fertilizers with warning signs <br /> -provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material. <br /> This was corrected on site during the inspection by submitting the emergency response plan into CERS. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 17 HSC 25507.1 Failed to submit training program when not meeting Ag handler exemption requirements. <br /> This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing a training plan in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
